Molly is a native of Pennsylvania. She was born and raised in Pennsylvania, began performing professionally in Philadelphia at the Prince Music Theater at 13 years old. She was in The Snow Queen. After that, Molly played Little Red Ridinghood for the Arden Theater s Into the Woods and received a nomination for the Barrymore Award. After making her Broadway debut at just 15, she reprised this role and won a Drama League Award. Molly was also a part of the Broadway revival of Fiddler on the Roof, in 2004. Then she attended Princeton University where she was part of the Triangle Club and graduated in 2008 with a B.A. in Religion. In that time she debuted as Wendy Greenhut in Disney's College Road Trip. Her career path continued following leaving college with various Off Broadway plays, among the most notable was End Days by Ensemble Studio Theater. Molly also worked for a television show as a character in Royal Pains as well as an HBO Pilot The Wonderful Maladys. Molly has performed in many regional shows, such as The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee performed by Barrington Stage Company in 2008 and the North Shore Music Theater's The Diary of Anne Frank in 2010. The Diary of Anne Frank at the Westport Country Playhouse in which Molly performed the role of Anne. Molly's most well-known role was that of Paranormal Activity 2 (2010) as Ali the 17-year-old daughter. She also starred in Last Man Standing (an ABC comedy written and starring Tim Allen) and Jack Burditt's The 25th Annual County Spelling Bee, which was held in 2008.
